  When I walked in I was very well impressed. Slightly disappointed because when I called to book my appointment, I asked “how much will it be?” I advised the hair stylist that it’s been two months since my hair was relaxed. I told her I would need a relaxer and I also texted the picture of the up doo I wanted then I asked again “how much will this service be?”she advised everything would not be any more than $85 I said ok... when I get there she said it’s $10 more because I have to much new growth when she was done my cost was $105. Very disappointed because I would have loved to know in advance the price of my request. I am super satisfied and happy with my hair. The hairstylist/owner also advised on my next visit she will give me a discount for my wait. Yes I will be a returning customer. Thank you TBS
