  WARNING:: Stay away from this place, the apartments are old and worn out and they expect them to look brand new when you move out. I lived there for 6 months before I moved and they took some of my deposit $$ for stuff that they caused. Its been 2 yrs since I lived there and now they are saying I owe them $$. I paid my rent every month on time and I have papers to prove it. Office staff are so unprofessional. All I have to say is run while you can!!! I know its not many places to choose in Albany but do not let this be the place you call home.
