  Poor costumer service. Tom cares more about leaving on time to go home than doing his job. He said many times how he didn't get paid overtime. It was like he was mad at me for walking in the door 15 minutes before closing. If he's salary and not hourly he should stay a few minutes until the job is done. Otherwise he should get overtime. Something is wrong here, either the system or the employee.
